Mary Jo Foley writes that Microsoft might release a Windows update after XP SP2. It looks like the LongHorn release date has slipped yet again.
One developer close to Microsoft, who requested anonymity, said that Microsoft is considering an interim update because Longhorn has officially slipped until 2007.
