I'm sitting here blogging with my new Precision M60 running the Intel Centrino 1.7 chip, which is sweet because the battery is lasting a long time (almost 4 hours). The video is outsanding; running a monster NVidia Quadro FX Go700 128MB card at 1920x1200 on a 15.4 display. I have a gig or RAM and a 7200 RPM drive, which makes running my dev environments a great experience. I have SQL Server running, Outlook open, a few instances of VS and IE, RSS Bandit, MSDN Lib, and this thing is rockin!
The cons of any laptop: missing my MS Natural keyboard (which they quit making - damn them), and a mouse. I'm getting used to it, but let's face it...it kinda sucks without them.
Then again, it's nice to geek out on the couch while watching Chris Rock on HBO. :-)
