I've seen
this once or twice in my life. I'm sure many of you can relate. It happens
far too often. I've been fortunate on occasion to work a contract or had a job
where specs are not dictated from the PM level, and the appropriate people have
their feedback considered. It is a positive sign of a direction towards success
in my opinion.
